One of my favourite locations, and the supervisor knows I'm hunting for work has actually helped me at times find work opportunities. There's good people working here. EDIT: Not my favourite store anymore. When they launched their points loyalty program i had a lot of points saved and used some for cheaper bud because I'm on ODSP always trying to save money when i can. 2 weeks ago i went in like i do every few days to see if i could use points when i was pretty broke and my account showed i had $24 in available balance with another 40 or so points from some visits and i figured i had a lot saved up and wanted to use them, i redeemed the 40 points so that 24 would become 28, only for the website to show i had $4 in points. The worker and i were pretty shocked and he assured me the manager would get a hold of me very soon to fix the problem, Only for it to take until two days ago when i walked over to ask if the manager had seen my issue yet. I was told it was a glitch and the 24 i had seen was from before when i first activated the account, and it decided to show me that 24 dollar balance right up until i wanted to use it. Glitch or not, I thought i had 24$ and then it disappeared and im left wondering what happened. Not even a sorry or anything the manager couldnt be bothered to talk to me. The staff are still great and super helpful, except for the manager. This is gonna be a growing problem for this company too, adding corpo values to a business where people are ..
