BC Cannabis Store, Burnaby BC
I wish I could rate this w/ negative stars. As a repeat customer of BC Cannabis Stores, particularly at the 4615 Lougheed Hghwy. located in Burnaby, I am writing this review to document an appalling and completely unacceptable incident of customer service FAILURE and managerial misconduct @ the Brentwood store. On Thurs, Nov. 13th, b/w 7PM – 8PM I visited this location to purchase the 'WeedMeGrind 20% Indica pre-rolls', which were advertised on the official BC Cannabis website for $3.97. Nowhere on the site or product page does it disclose that this price was online only. This lack of transparency is a basic FAILURE of consumer communication, digital accuracy, and retail integrity. It's deceptive. In store, I was assisted by a trainee who handled the interaction w/ more professionalism and composure than anyone in a leadership role. When the product rang up as $20.71, I reasonably asked about the discrepancy. Before the trainee could respond, the manager barged into the interaction w/ a hostile and condescending attitude. She spoke over both of us, dismissed my questions, and delivered every word dripping in disdain. Her behaviour was not only unprofessional but deeply inappropriate. The micro-aggressive undertones were unmistakable. Her conduct reflected a complete absence of emotional intelligence, customer respect, and basic human courtesy.
