| Currently sitting outside Pops Cannabis as the hours are supposed to be 9:00 AM-10:00 PM and there is a sign on the door which states "Had to run out, be back at 5:08 PM." This is the 3rd or 4th time I have arrived during operating hours to find a sign on the door saying they would be back. One of these times I arrived 25 mins after the sign said they would be back. This is not how you operate a retail store. Hire enough people to sustain the operating hours or if you are that cheap you can only staff 1 person per shift make it so that person has the same break time everyday and it reflects on your operating hours on Google and storefront. There is no reason for a store to be closed during open operating hours outside of power outages, emergencies etc. Aside this your staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. This will be my last time trying to shop at Pops even though it was incredibly convienet and close to my house. I would rather go out of my way to another cannabis store then shop here. Awful operating practices. | ||
