| Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this store if you are considering purchasing from them. I came in to purchase some CBD oil however Nadia suspected that there may be some leakage in the bottle inside the package and offered to open it after I purchased it (and if there was, a full refund). Turns out there was a leakage, unfortunately. Nadia gave me a full refund with no issues and even apologized for this inconvenience even though it was probably not their fault and was instead a manufacturing or shipping mishap. Thank you for the stellar service (and saving me a trip back) had a purchased the bottle! Highly recommend these folks! Super friendly and helpful too for some other questions I had. | ||
