no one ever answers the phone and while I might have wanted to shop local and with a Canadian family, as there is 0 customer service I went elsewhere and spent my $300 with someone else. Easy to do in this day and age. There is 0 point having a phone number if no one answers it nor can you leave a message it just hangs up after about 5 minutes of ringing. I will not be attempting these clowns again as there are a lot of other options out there, it's a pity but them's the breaks.

Wow! It takes a lot to impress me these days, but F&F went above and beyond in regular service, attentive, communication the way, delivery was in a few hours and the driver was extremely polite and professional. I will definitely be ordering again. 5*

I had to go with only 4 stars. The staff and selection are very good as are the prices. Great staff! The downside is that the building -in 2022 - is not accessible as there are steps and no ramps for us the disabled. WIth the AODA coming into full force Jan 1 2025 this might be time to invest in a ramp to accommodate all customers. If not I am not averse to shopping elsewhere in future.

Checked them out today. Nice store, great service and a good website. Order online and pickup was smooth and easy. Good to have them just down the street from me. Will be back.
