| I had a terrible experience at Welcome Cannabis on Dundas. I forgot my wallet and couldn't pay by phone, so I asked politely if I could make a transfer since I had money in my account. The staff told me they don't take transfers — fair enough, I respected that and left. When I got back to my car, I found $10 in cash. I went back in and asked the lady in the purple jacket what I could get for that. Her attitude was awful from the start. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like I was a burden for even asking. She told me what I could get, and the item came to $10.15. I was just 15 cents short. There was a kind customer beside me who offered to help with the 15 cents, but the staff shut that down rudely. Eventually, the same lady gave me the 15 cents, but continued being extremely disrespectful…when I was asking about the strain …she was acting tough…😅…rolling her eyes, cutting me off, and acting like I had committed a crime. Just for 15 cents. I understand there are policies. But there's a way to speak to people. I've never been treated so poorly over such a small thing. She acted like no one has ever helped her in her life. It was embarrassing and unnecessary. The first guy I met earlier was respectful and just explained the policy. But her? Totally different story. I'll never go back there again, especially if I see her at the counter. When I return to Dundas, I'll drop off the 15 cents…..not because I owe them, but because I don't want to carry any reminder of .. | ||
