Went in to purchase a 40$ pen like a I have every week since opening the store… tapped my card, it went through go on the debit machine and my phone but the computer froze? Didn't spit out a receipt, guy says it didn't go through? Come back tomorrow for a refund because our manager isn't available. Shows up for a refund because I've still been charged by my bank and they say it's going to take a week… has anyone had to wait a week for a charge that "never went through" to be reverted. Scummy ass people run this store. Poor customer service. What if someone couldn't afford to pay for one item twice 🤣
