| At around 4:30pm today I went into buy a couple 1gram prerolls like I have been after work for the past two months, at least three times a week I've been doing this. Normally I wouldn't have any complaints but today was some of the worst customer service. There was a lady in front of me. He had to go back multiple times for her, whatever that's fine. He pointed out another menu I looked at what I wanted and waited. Another gentlemen came in after me and I pointed out the other menu for him. After the lady that was getting served was done he completely ignored me and went on serving the gentlemen the was looking at the menu even though I went to speak up and tell him what I wanted. I've never felt so ignored by a staff member at a weed store. I had the intentions of actually leaving a good review when I entered the store today but after that interaction it changed my mind. You know have lost my business completely. I buy an ounce of weed weekly and was going to start buying it there but now I will not. I'll go out of my way to go to another store I know that will not ignore me. | ||
