| I had a very unpleasant experience at this dispensary. I came in with over $200 cash in hand, ready to spend, and was simply trying to maximize my purchase. After my first transaction left me with some remaining funds, I asked if I could adjust my order slightly to make the most of it. Instead of being treated with patience, the staff member (a man with glasses and a short buzz cut) suddenly told me "get out, get out, get out." I was respectful the entire time, just a little indecisive as I tried to finalize my order. He pointed to the line behind me as if I was somehow harming their business just by taking a moment. When I left, I explained the situation to another staff member outside, but he told me I could not come back in and had to respect his coworker's decision. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism, emotional regulation, and basic customer service. All I wanted to do was make a large purchase and support the business, but instead I was treated rudely and shown the door. There are many dispensaries in the city — I suggest finding one that actually values customers and treats them with respect. Not cool. | ||
