| 1 star for the gentlemen that didn't welcome or greet me to the store, but demanded to see my I.D. He didn't even say thank you or engage professionally with me during the transaction of my purchase. The employees have created an awkward environment in the store, and it seems you never know what kind of customer service you're gonna get when you come back to this location time after time. I wasn't offered a receipt for my items. Neither employees opened the gate at the front so I could leave, had to do it myself. But watched them let someone else out. It wasn't even busy at the store. I've never been identified at this location, so the worker must be new or just blatantly discriminating against people. Will not be returning. | ||

| The manager had a very sour attitude when I came into the store, yelling at me when I tried tapping my debit card on the machine. The true north in Owen sound always has their tap off, but for some reason it works. I don't appreciate how I was spoken to as if there was a crime committed, This service was uncalled for and will not be returning to this location. | ||

| I purchased a few items here, and the heavy set lady asked to see my bank account to see if my CC was charged? I was confused as to why she needed to see my personal bank information, she clearly seen it was approved on the debit machine and the receipt printed. Also a good idea to have your staff not wear clothing with swear words on it. I was at the store and the lady wore a hoodie that made me feel uncomfortable. It gives off unprofessionalism, and makes people think they don't care when interacting with customers. | ||

| Unpleasant customer experience with a young lady with glasses working here. I think this is the same person other people are complaining about in the google reviews. She is very rude and disrespectful. I have been coming here for 6 months now, Will not be returning because of her. | ||
