| Showed up a few minutes before close to a female employee smoking outside stating that I can't enter and purchase anything because they were closing in a few minutes... "Sorry, I cant even check anything out after 11". Argued with me until 11 about how there were still a few minutes before 11 but she still couldnt sell me anything. Instead of quickly selling me the product I wanted while she still had time to do so before her tills apparently "wouldnt let her check anything out". I had rushed specifically to this location, calling in prior to make sure they were closing at 11, to get 1 specific product of which I had already decided to purchase. So no browsing or thinking time needed. Just a 30 second transaction requiring you to stop smoking and do your JOB. Pure laziness.. Retail means that sometimes it may take you an extra 10 minutes to close the store in order to make a last minute sale and keep a customer. Will not be back! VIP Cannabis has much better, more inexpensive product than this establishment anyways. Next time maybe have your employee put in her teeth and inform her not to smoke directly outside of the front door? Its just a little unprofessional, even at a pot shop in woodstock😬 | ||
