| I bought a vape here, and it didn't work from the very beginning — no vapor, no pull, even after following all instructions. I didn't overfill it or misuse it in any way. The staff immediately blamed me, saying I damaged the battery by adding too much juice, which is simply not true. Then they said refunds are strictly not allowed, even for faulty products. One employee told me to "wait 2 hours, maybe it will start working" — seriously? I was told to come back the next day to speak to the owner, but no help or replacement was offered. Bottom line: No customer service, no responsibility, and they sell defective products. If you value your money and time — avoid this shop. | ||
