l recently visited Pluto Plants on a Friday night, and while the quality of the cannabis itself was excellent, I unfortunately did not have a positive experience with the staff member working that night.
From the moment I entered, I didn't feel particularly welcomed — not in a general sense, but specifically in comparison to how other customers around me were treated. When I arrived, there was one customer being helped and another on the phone and I was patiently and quietly waiting for my turn. The first customer stepped aside to make a choice, and I was greeted, but shortly after, I was told to wait because and said to the customer that was previously on the phone "you were here first". I respectfully stepped aside and waited for that person to finish their purchase.
When it was finally my turn, despite placing a relatively high-value order, I didn't receive any acknowledgment, eye contact, or even a thank you. At the end, when I said "thank you, have a nice night," I was simply ignored.
Professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way — especially in a retail environment. I hope this was just a one-off interaction, but it definitely left a disappointing impression.
