| I have been a regular customer at this store since they opened. On multiple occasions the staff got my order wrong but I understand people make mistakes. However, two weeks ago my friend and I went in just before closing to return some of our containers (recycling is good for the planet) and to purchase some pre rolls. The guy working behind the counter charged us for two packs of pre rolls but gave us an empty container back. I went in the next day to discuss this, again close to closing so I got one of the same guys working. When I nicely explained what happened, he said he couldn't do anything for me that night. I went to purchase items and mentioned that I always have a problem with my orders...this guy told me he did me a courtesy by serving us because we were inebriated....we were not. Also, that is illegal. He than proceeded to tell me that I should have come in earlier because I was holding up the line. I tried to purchase several items that were sold out but not recorded on the board as such. I have not been reimbursed. I tried to talk to a manager who has not called me back in over a week. Disgusting customer service. | ||
