| This story was very disappointing to me. I made an online purchase which was great but they were not open. They took my money out of my account, they did not answer the door so I could pick up my purchase nor will they answer their phone. I thought I was dealing with a professional shop owner. This place is a complete joke and I do not recommend this place to anyone. I still have not received my product or refund. Looks like the shop owner is aware they are jokes I'm sure this will be reported as computer-generated fake review. Like I said unprofessional. Going to the back door of any shop is a sketchy situation please don't shop here. There is another shop in town with incredibly friendly staff and an actual store to walk in none of this back door bull poo poo. This place has ripped me off $123. I've never been so disappointed in a store and my whole life. Andrea has reached out to me, she has canceled my order and I get my money back in 3 to 5 business days. Not cool to wait so long for money but whatever. Still not going back still don't recommend. But at least the customer service is decent. | ||
