She's an absolute sweetheart every time I see her and she always remembers me by name (even if it's been months since I've seen her last because I always end up there when she's off ☹️). First I just wanna say, Aaron and Justin are some of the best bud tenders I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were so helpful and super friendly people all around. I went in looking for a particular ash catcher but unfortunately it wasn't in stock. They helped me find another that I actually ended up liking even more. I would absolutely recommend this store, especially if they're working! Thank you both

Today was my first visits to this dispensary and it's definitely now one of my favourites in London. The Budtender Jordan was friendly and made the whole interaction fun. People like them make the shop 10x more welcoming! P.S. Anything by The Loud Plug is amazing! Never been disappointed
