Business does not acknowledge their own mistakes when handing the wrong product to clients. They took back the products after arguing about the packages being opened (Friend needed to open the packages because he thought they were the blunts he ordered, not cartridges like he was inadvertently handed.) They refunded only half the amount, keeping the remainder of the money, while my friend received no product whatsoever at the end. This is shady business practice, and I highly recommend visiting any other cannabis store in the city.
