| I've been coming to this dispensary multiple times a month for quite a while now. I'm the kind of person who values loyalty.. I prefer supporting one shop consistently rather than bouncing around. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere unless it's absolutely the most convenient option for me time-wise. When I walked in, the younger stoner guy behind the counter looked up and said, in a noticeably dismissive tone, "Oh, it's you again." The tone matched the body language — disinterested, almost irritated. Then, after a few awkward seconds, you could see the switch flip. His delayed self-awareness kicked in, and he suddenly remembered he was at work. The tone softened, posture straightened, and he put the "customer service mask" back on. As someone who works in sales and marketing communications, I can tell when energy shifts. His rudeness wasn't subtle.... it was the kind that leaves you wondering if the customer's presence is an inconvenience. The irony is, there's nothing particularly unique about this shop's products. Let's be honest, every dispensary in town carries roughly the same lineup. What sets a business apart isn't the product.. it's the people. That's where this place dropped the ball. Customer service is your differentiation. If that's lost, what's left? Just a kid behind a counter making customers feel unwelcome. Not sure why a loyal customer would trigger that kind of attitude.
