The two girls working today at 3:30 pm were completely rude and unreliable.
Hopefully management reads this experience and saves this business by firing these two.
For the first 10 minutes of browsing, and naming strains that Ive bought from other Canna Cabana's (Im a regular member), the first girl with the nose piercing had no idea and kept asking me for the growers name. After that back and fourth, I decided just to go with the shiny bag in the display case. She then said thats for elite members only.
Finding that kinda odd, I kept it to myself and then asked to order the purple disposable pen thats being advertised on the video screen.. That was no problem, and she went back to get the pen.
Meanwhile, the 2nd girl hardly seemed interested in any questions I had while I was waiting, she just kept saying "what you see is what you get" to all my questions about quantities.
After a few minutes, the first girl came back with an apology, stating that the screen advertisement is misleading and that purple pen is also only available for elite members.
This is going on 10 minutes now and Im just trying to spend money on anything at this point. However, instead of trying to assist me further, these two girls start having a training session in front of me, describing to eachother why the screens arent always accurate information.
At this point, i had enough and told them that Im in a hurry and we aren't getting anywhere. I am completely lost as to what is even for s ..
