| Used to spend hundreds on hundreds at the north side and 16th ave locations. Today I walked into the north side location with my mom and brother, and was refused service even though I was of age, but had an expired ID. The real kicker is I've never had any of the staff deny me sale, even had many joke about mine being expired but they didn't care. But tonight it was a huge issue. And when my brother tried to buy the one pre roll for me, he was threatened by the staff that they'd call the police for drug trafficking. My mom asked about CBD and the budtender scoffed at her and made her feel silly for not knowing much. If you value good customer service, or at least somewhere where you will be treated with respect, I suggest shopping elsewhere. I'll NEVER make another purchase here again. | ||
