| Came in on the 5th, and they forgot an item in the bag. I tried to call at 10:39pm and no answer. I came in today with my usual $200 order and explained what happened. I asked them to check the security footage and I was told they cannot go back that far and there is nothing they can do. No follow up or apology or anything. The girl who cashed me out today was clearly in a rush and her friend and dog were in line waiting for her to finish with my order so she can go home. They had no bags, had to carry all these items into my car for everyone to see. Terrible service. Bad attitudes and kids running the place, not interested in sales or service at all. My mother uses cannabis medically and she spends $200 a week, i won't be coming back here again for her orders. I'm insulted. | ||
