Used to really love going here and found the staff incredibly kind and helpful- always able to recommend amazing products and had great conversations with the staff. I went in a couple days ago and the woman working asked me for id. I gave her an expired form of id (not license) which I've never once had a problem with previously after multiple AGLC businesses and her response was immediately "this is expired we can't serve you, you need to leave."
I completely understand this, however having such differing experiences and frankly such a negative one on my last visit due to her tone and abruptness, I was left feeling confused and a bit shocked as didn't ask for any other forms of id before refusing service and telling me to leave. Either she isn't aware of the laws or your other staff aren't, and in either case I think the inconsistency in id policy. As well her methods of refusing service in those situations needs to be addressed. Sad to say I won't be shopping here anymore. :(
