| There is a female manager here who is unreasonably rude. I purchased a magnet for my vape pen and it didn't fit my cartridge or battery properly, so I went back the next day and explained it wasn't what I needed, but I knew their return policy so I was willing to just buy the correct part outright. I was speaking with the person who sold me the magnet the day before, as well as my battery and has served me many times here. During this conversation, the manager in question all but leapt over the counter to loudly inform me of the return policy, and then accused me of scamming her and yelled at me to not smoke in her store when I returned the cart to the battery. She said she would make an exception for my return "this time, but don't expect special treatment going forth". I walked in willing to spend MORE money, and I left feeling like a criminal for enquiring about a 0.99 cent magnet. I emailed the shop asking for a response from higher management, I received no reply for over a month, and when I emailed again, I received a response from the assistant manager with 0 accountability and basically the same attitude. As a general manager, I would never pass my dirty work off to my assistant. It's a shame because a lot of the staff here are lovely, patient, and knowledgeable, however, I will not support this business anymore and I will tell my friends to do the same.
