| If I could give less than a full star, I would. I have been to this location multiple times, both buying solo, and while being with friends who were making purchases. I live within this area and frequent this location quite often. I have never had a pleasant experience with the certain young lady that works there, She has a Goth/Alternative style, very long nails, with dark eyeshadow.( my apologies, as I do not know her name) She has been VERY rude to not only me, but many others in the community as well. This young lady acts as though her customers are a bother, and is full of attitude when asked anything. She mocked my friend with another staff member due to a misunderstanding of a question asked right in front of other customers, its disgustingbehavior. She is not helpful, and definitely not friendly. I hope the staffing issues in this store get resolved, until then you will be missing out on alot more customer base than you maybe realize. | Had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff are so nice! I had to come make a review :) The lady that helped me, her name is Tammy, was incredibly helpful, so friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed and any questions I had with products!
