PISSED. Not only have I been a frequent customer of all Value Buds locations since legalization, but I have also been quite familiar with the return policy on dysfunctional items having had to return several of them over time.
Today upon attempting a product return, in store staff (specifically at this location) told me it is their store policy not to accept returns for items purchased at other Value Buds locations. I KNOW this is not the case as I have returned at various stores before. I questioned their choice and was refused and told to drive back across the city to the location I purchased from originally.
Left with no other option, I did just that - and confirmed that the return policy has no such stipulation. Sheer laziness and poor customer service. Thanks for making me waste gas cross town for YOUR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
