| I recently attended a cannabis session in Waterloo, and despite being 28 years old, I was refused entry due to the budtender's assumption that my government-issued ID was not authentic. What frustrated me most was that she didn't even take the time to properly verify it—she simply dismissed it based on her own assumption. It felt as though her rigid knowledge and personal bias took precedence over the actual validity of my ID. I'm confused as to why the store even claims to accept government-issued IDs if the staff can arbitrarily choose not to honor them based on their own preferences. It was a deeply disappointing experience, and the lack of basic customer service and understanding left me feeling disrespected. Needless to say, I won't be returning. | ||
