We had a very unpleasant experience here. When asked for ID, we provided valid documentation. I handed over my Enhanced Driver's License, which is accepted for crossing the border, and my partner showed a passport card, which they used to enter Canada by air. Despite both being legally sufficient, the older blonde woman at the counter insisted we show "real passports" and became increasingly rude and aggressive.
She then escalated the situation by shouting, calling us "stupid Americans," and throwing a tantrum. It was shocking and completely unprofessional. We came in respectfully with proper ID and were met with hostility for no reason.
If you're American or just expect basic courtesy, I recommend avoiding this place. The only silver lining was that she thought we looked 19, but that does not excuse the way we were treated.
