The general staff are very nice people and very helpful when shopping there. The same can't be said about the manager who can be quite rude with costumers. The last two times they have sold me a joint they didn't work, wouldn't pull through the filter even after massaging them and trying to loosen up the bud. They said there's nothing they can do about it, not even a store credit. I would recommend just taking your business elsewhere.
