Store has gone downhill since it opened unfortunately. They went from having super agressive staff who were just outright disrespectful to customers, fired that set of staff, then hired a bunch of people who don't even smoke. So you get little to no help there. They also ID seniors (NOT just 45 or younger, as stated on the door, but even 65+y.o. folks) , to cover their butts when the inspector comes around, because they already have shady practices going on with their pricing. Super shady store. Go anywhere else for what you need.

Even if you are a regular customer they will let people cut you in line, they also let people buy more than the legal 30gram limit, just watched a couple of junkies come in and complain that they couldnt buy more than 30 grams, so his girlfriend cut me in line to buy a second ounce. Seriously? Serve the customer that was already in line waiting, not the junkie who came in for hwr grumpy boyfriends stuff and didnt even get her ID checked. this place has really gone downhill. Sales associates will just go hide in the back instead of helping the customer they greeted. I'm not sure where it all went wrong, I used to like it here. Lost my business for sure.

I always trust this place with my business. Their pricing is fair, if you are in a pinch and need it they do same day delivery, and they usually have pick up orders ready for you within 15 minutes. Sometimes they sell out of stuff, but that just shows they are doing well in sales. The staff is always nice to deal with as well, they are kind and knowledgeable people.
