| Edit; over three weeks now since I've emailed them as they suggested for me to, and they still have not responded. Five months later, and no response. Weak management team for sure Wanted to try supporting a local business, ended up having my time be wasted and left with a bad taste due to terrible customer service. I called at 3pm to confirm an item was in stock, had it confirmed and said I'm going to place an order for delivery immediately then. Guy i spoke with says ok cool. Attempting to place the order gave a payment processing issue, so i waited a bit. Still had the same issue a while after, so i tried a different credit card provider. Still the same issue, tried a different device and still the same issue. Called them again at 4:17pm to inquire about the issue, spoke with a lady who had the attitude of absolutely not caring about the issue at hand. She said the delivery cutoff for today was 3pm. The delivery information of the website for this location clearly contradicts that, and i was not informed of this when i specifically mentioned i would be placing a delivery order during my first call. So either she was lying to me, or this business has extremely janky practices. After i mention that, she backtracks saying she "hasn't seen many online orders today", but if my order were to go through it would be delivered, practically contradicting what she had said half a minute prior. All she said to address the issue was that she would leave a note for the mana .. | ||
