I have always liked the staff there, I am fairly new to this so they are always very helpful with recommendations and explaining everything.
Today I went in, I thought I knew what I wanted. I ordered it and when I did realize that it wasn't i asked the employee if I can change it but just got a blank stare that made me feel uncomfortable. I told her that it was 100% my fault and I just want to switch the product. She made sure to tell me again that of course it was not her fault and still acted like what I was asking us a big inconvenience.
She half-heartedly started walking to the back of the store to get me what I want but at that point I felt like such an inconvenience to her that I told her to just forget about it "because I don't want it to be such a hassle". I thanked her and left visibly irritated.
Despite this interaction I still think for the most part, the place is great but I still hope that this interaction gets addressed in the hopes of making future visits for me and others better.
