| The store's current management approach is extremely frustrating. Expect long wait times — I waited over 30 minutes during my last visit. It seems like only one staff member is scheduled to run the entire store, even during busy periods, which results in lineups out the door. The staff themselves are doing their absolute best under tough conditions. They're friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent customer service — especially Maria, who stands out for her helpfulness. This staffing issue is a recent problem and was never an issue before. It's unfair to both the customers and the hardworking staff. Whoever is responsible for scheduling needs to reassess the situation immediately. More support is clearly needed on the floor. I'll change my review if things get better. | ||
