| People are very unprofessional. Made an order online and paid. Hot confirmation on products to be picked up. Even made order in wife's name. They refused pick up because she did not have credit card that I made purchase with. So I drove over an hour to pick up my order and the manager tells me I don't know where your order is. Like really. Get your stuff together. Never ever again this place has very unorganized unprofessional people working for them and it's giving a BAD NAME…..First time customer and had purchased elite membership. Cancelled All. And will never be back. Can not stand dealing with incompetent people including the manager . | ||
