Shout out to the staff & management at Tokyo smoke, their point system was down and wasn't collecting customers points (including mine ) however they were able to have it fixed and they reimbursed me with 25 points for the inconvenience that was caused… very happy stoner over here! Thank you

Love coming here!
The staff are always so kind & they are actually there to help the costumers and they never fail make you want to come back.
Probably the only dispensary in the city that I like going to .
Only thing is it's such an inconvenience to travel.... I wish I could take the staff from here and station them at the portage location I'm very dissatisfied with their service.... would love to have you guys at that dispensary lolll

If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would , I am not impressed with the service dealt to me .
Long story short I ordered my usual bag and decided to treat myself to a bong aswell because why not ? And I get a call from the dispensary associate named "Ashley" stating that they didn't have the bong instock whatever am I right , it was no issue I told her I kinda figured they wouldn't have that in stock so I asked for a refund on that part of the purchase and confirmed that they have the weed I was wanting , she confirmed that they did intact have it so I said okay ill pick up the weed today sometime ....
Only to come to the store for a different associate to tell me that the person I spoke to had refunded the whole order & depending on my bank id have to wait 2-5 business days .
So now I'm super pissed because now I'm without both my weed & a bong now .
Don't think I'll be back in the future if this is how things are going to go .
