Dont shop here. Sold me a cigarette in a 1g holder and refuse to refund or exchange. Poor service.

The employees did not check to see if the product was sealed. I have a feeling that one of your employees opened it after it was shipped and no one from your shop noticed. Now the customer is taking the hit for something that more than likely happened at your shop. When i called canna cabana to report this, one of the replies was "yeh it happens here and there". If its happened more than once I would start doing an internal investigation rather than telling your customer that they are SOL. No solution and the apology is useless. Fix your system, find the culprit, and start issuing refunds for crap like this.
