| Great customer service overall from everyone. They are always alert and ready to help find what you need the moment you walk through the door. :) I have been coming to this place ever since it opened. I can easily say it is my favourite cannabis store in Calgary. Not just because it's located right down my street. All the employees are so lovely, kind, respectful and friendly. They never make you feel as though your presence is being ignored. One of the people who has always gone above and beyond and stands out is Sama. From day one, he has always been patient regardless of how long I take to choose on something. Since I wasn't experienced with Cannabis at the start, Sama made sure to give me suggestions including some of his personal favourites when it came to cartridges. He is always in such a good mood naturally brightening mine up. Thank you Sama for always giving such amazing customer service, never making one feel rushed - you make visits to 13th floor a lot more fun. Keep up the good positive energy and work!
