On April 12 2025, I made a purchase on the kiosk for the price of 21.45. When I went to pick up the order, the staff stated there was no sign of the order on their end of things. I was able to see on my credit card that they did indeed charge me, but they never provided any product. I then had to repurchase what I was buying to be able to leave the store with it. The staff there that day took my phone number and email and stated a manager would be in contact for a refund. Never once did a manager call me to resolve this issue, nor apologize for the inconvenience. Since this day in April, I am still yet to receive my money back. When I call the store, they consistently tell me to " call back when a manager is in". After multiple attempts of calling back the store, I felt as though it was extremely inappropriate for a customer to be having to chase down a manager to get my money back. I'm extremely disappointed in this store as that was my first and last visit there. They took money from a customer without providing a product. This has also been filed with the Better Business Bureau, with no response from the company. As well as the Consumer Protection Ontario.
