| Two stars - one for being in a convenient location and the other for always having one of my fave products in stock. But other than those two things I would not recommend shopping here. The products cost more than in other stores. Staff is rude and cant be bothered, customer service is severely lacking. Even after contacting the company with some issues I did not receive any help and the manager did not care at all to correct the situation. He looked like he was stoned as hell and just wanted to sit on a couch with a bag of Cheetos. Multiple times I have had issues and not once has anyone in that store said anything like "we're so sorry you've experienced this..." the lack of accountability is astounding. I will be shopping elsewhere. DO BETTER! | ||

| I love Sparq! Absolutely my favourite dispensary! The staff is always super positive, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. When my usuals are out, they make good replacement suggestions. Love the prices on products, and the loyalty program is awesome too! :) | ||
