Rude staff.
I went to get a refund for bad moldy flowers (Blue Iguana).
They didn't want to refund me, saying it was not their problem.
I had to insist on the fact that they've sold me moldy flowers, and as a customer, I had the right to get a refund.
I'm a regular client, and they've made lots of money with me over the last 2 years.
It didn't matter to them. I had to insist. A rude lady came to repeat to me super loud, aggressive, and rude that no matter if they've sold me bad stuff, they don't refund.
I insisted this wasn't right, and finally got my money back, at the price of being yelled at by the rude lady.
Here's a reminder for the rude staff: You have a job because I am buying your products. If you sell me bad products, you are not honoring the deal. Bad stuff=refund.
That rude lady was trying to make me feel like I'm a bad person for wanting a refund on a bad moldy product.
You guys are trying to steal me, and you are insulted that I defend my customer's rights?
Shame on you and your business.
Btw, your shop is already way more expensive than other places in town. That's not enough profit for you?
If you can't treat customers with respect, just close your shop.
You wanted to save 9$ to not refund me a bad product?
If you would have refunded me respectfully, I would still be one of your good regular clients.
But since I had to be disrespectuly yelled at for getting my refund, you can rest assured that I am forever boycotting your store.
