I recently visited Fire and Cannabis and had one of the most uncomfortable experiences I've ever had at a store. The staff member I interacted with was extremely rude and dismissive, treating me with clear age-based discrimination. Instead of being helpful or respectful, they made me feel unwelcome and judged simply because of my age. No customer should ever be made to feel this way — especially in a place that's supposed to be friendly and professional. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable, and I will not be returning. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training on how to treat all customers with basic courtesy and equality. He got very ubset when I was just being polite and trying to start conversations it frightened me.
