Was refused a refund on a defective product at the Stonebridge location due to "not having receipt and packaging" even though the purchase was recorded on my account with them - I then went to the Broadway location instead, where I was treated fairly and was kindly assisted with my return. Thank you to the good management at the Broadway location!
