| For weeks I was unable to login to my account and view the store products and even though I went into the store for help, could not get the "reset password" option to work. Products are laid out in-store in a way that is difficult to see what you're purchasing. The most frustrating part is the fact that you have to purchase a special elite membership to buy certain products. My last visit went even worse when I asked the employee if there's an easier way to view what products I was actually allowed to buy as a regular customer. He pointed to the computers that I cannot get logged into. I voiced my frustration saying I was going to the other store and was met with a rude backhanded comment by the employee on the way out the door. I will continue to support Lux Leaf in town as their staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. | ||
