Bought RSO Oil that does not dispense, and is therefore trash, and a vapourizer with a battery. The vape cartridge leaked out from both ends immediately, emptying it. The RSO dispenser was not dispensing and leaking into the cap. Store closed for renovations for 2 weeks, then I brought the vape back, forgot the RSO . At the managers request I came back in the rain with the RSO. She remembered selling it to me, and told me she would be able to rectify the situation if I brought the RSO in. So I went home and got it. The manager did not refund or replace the full RSO vile that is unusable. Nor did she refund or replace the leaking vape. Instead, she gave me a lecture about cleaning the cartridge, which I explained had leaked from both ends immediately and consistently after purchase. She literally treated me like the vape leak was my fault. It was brand new. I sat there with my jaw open in disbelief as she proceeded to clean the EMPTY cartridge and hand it back to me, with my unusable RSO. Unreal. Horrible customer service. Go to Pluto Plants around the corner. Or literally anywhere else.
