| Amazing place amazing prices great customer service and had a great time with one of the employees only reason the rating is so low is cause I went to use they're pressing services and the professional wasn't in but staff offered to press my material, we then proceeded to lose roughly 21gs of pure live bubble hash through failed attempts at squishing, staff did all they could to fix the issues by being nice and collecting the bags as well as they could but I ended up leaving with 4 gs of smokable rosin with allot of blowouts inside and rest in messy pucks I later had to slow cook in butter to get my materials worth but all in all was my fault for not waiting for the professional and they where great people regardless | ||

| They let kids out of high-school with no customer service skills serve clients, had an entitled little brat put me on the spot in front of the whole store mid purchase for something i had no idea i was doing wrong her fellow employees told me i was allowed to open a purchased mystery box inside the store two confirmed it and made me a place on the side to check which was not covering a whole table barely a corner where no one was working and was not her response as to why it was wrong either so nice try to be save on cannas part with the shot response she then made her way over pretended to work (on the opposite side of the table) just to throw the snarky comment and make me feel shameful for what i was doing like i had the intent on breaking theyre rules was very embarrassing to me and my fiancee if you suffer from anxiety or stress I highly suggest to stay away from this establishment. And just seeing how they take criticism and customer reviews and try to turn them on others is a double reason no one should ever shop there and I will never again canna feel free to delete my account ! 🙃 the customer isn't right and they stand by there team even when wrong they can't even accept they where wrong and apologize properly. Also to anyone looking for amazing product and amazing prices there's a spot literally two blocks up called hunnypot I think , they price match and where super super friendly ! They're selection is phenomenal as well I highly suggest taking the few .. | ||
