Unfortunately, as a first time customer, I won't be returning. Purchased a vape that came defective, and despite bringing it back unused with the original packaging I was told no exchanges or refunds after 24 hours. This was not communicated during the initial sale. As someone who also works in this industry, I find this very disappointing as we always make a point to inform customers of our return policy, especially since we know sometimes we receive defective product from the OCS (especially vapes). I cannot in good faith recommend a store that has such poor customer service. There are lots of other dispensaries in the area with reasonable exchange policies, and I recommend you visit them instead.
