Staff is great…until you have a problem. The 2nd cartridge I purchased of the same kind completely crystallized and wouldn't burn. It was brand new. I was told it was because there was cbd in it, and to "google it" to find out how to fix it. Wowzers. Getting treated like a scab because I had a faulty cartridge was bad energy, and ruined my day. Gross.
