| I've been a loyal customer to this chain since the legalization of cannabis. I have shopped at multiple locations in the Ottawa area such as; Byward, Rideau and Elmvale... I have never had any issues until buying from Brookdale. Everytime I attend this location, there are always issues, upon issues.The kiosks are always out of order or damaged, which is one of the key components of why this was my default store.. I can just look and take my time, without all the social anxiety of having to speak with Budtenders.. With the kioks, I can visually see what the product looks like and personally determine wether the product is worth the price. Today, I was basically ripped off by canna cabanna! I guess there was an issue with the P.O.S,.. I tap my card, and wait for a receipt.. Nothing. So I kindly ask for some assistance.. Thinking to tap again, because hopefully it was a card reader issue. It was not.. I ended up paying for the product twice! So I politely asked if there was anything we could do? She unfortunately informed me that there was simply nothing she could do! There was no trace of the transaction in there system. I showed her my mobile banking transaction history. So she had me send a screenshot of the issue, and send it to their store manager... still awaiting for a follow up. I basically left empty handed with nothing, being told I would recieve a refund.. However I have no idea how thats going to happen if there is no record of those transactions t .. | ||
