Bought live rosin from this location, was hard as a rock, could not scoop it at all. Tried to return it, got attacked by all the employees at once. 4 employees yelling at me saying that's the consistency of rosin. Not only were they incredibly rude but incredibly demeaning aswell. I just wanted a rosin that was scoopable for my rig. Poor customer service. When the one employee proceeded with an exchange the rest went into the back to laugh. Another customer came in and had to wait because all the employees were too busy mocking in the back room while the one employee was processing the return. Poor location. Woman employee this afternoon with the piercings was incredibly rude. Yelling at us. Barking. She wasn't even involved in the conversation but had to bark.

I am changing my original review. This is the only location in the whole city worth shopping at !! The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful. I've had too many bad experiences at other canna cabana locations. Just come to this location for the best service. Don't let the location of the store fool you, everyone you meet here will be fabulous. Definitely recommend. If Christopher ( I believe his name is) is there to help you, you'll definitely be happy with his customer service skills and rounded knowledge of all the products they sell 😀 Best stock in the city too. Do not go up the street to the Cornation park location. The standards are so much lower there. As well with the GlenCarin location. I'll drive the extra distance to get to central Regina Washington Park location.

Terrible service. Terrible experience tonight. October 3rd at 730pm. I waited for over 5 minutes for anyone to even come out to serve me. Then when they came out they said they did not have the product I wanted in stock. When I told them I was informed they had plenty of stock as another store, checked for me. Both staff working were incredibly rude. Had no idea about concentrates, offered me a vape cartridge when I was looking for a concentrate. They then told me they have no concentrates. The website shows many. I pointed this out and he started to back track. Terrible service. Ridiculous that there's no one up front to help customers.
