| Extremely Disappointed – Never Coming Back I used to be a regular customer at this place, but after my recent experience, I can confidently say I will never return. Over time, I noticed a steep decline in customer service, but the last visit was the final straw. One of the employees (not sure if they were having a bad day or if this is just how they treat people now) was unbelievably rude for absolutely no reason. No greeting, no eye contact, just attitude from the moment I walked in. When I asked a simple question, they responded with a sarcastic tone and a roll of the eyes like I was bothering them just by being there. I've never felt so disrespected as a paying customer. The worst part? This wasn't an isolated incident. I've started noticing a general lack of professionalism from the staff. It feels like they just don't care anymore. No effort, no courtesy, no accountability. It's honestly shocking how far downhill this place has gone. Not only has the customer service become atrocious, but the overall atmosphere has become tense and unwelcoming. You walk in and feel like you're doing them a favor just by showing up. That's not how any business should make their customers feel. It's a real shame because I used to enjoy coming here. But being treated like garbage by staff who clearly don't want to be there? No thanks. I'll take my business (and money) somewhere that actually respects its customers. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated poorly and l .. | ||
