The worst customer experience I have ever had at any Canna Cabana location.
Firstly, allow me to start off by giving you some context. I am on AISH Medical, and have been diagnosed with a litany of mental health illnesses, that include: Major Depression, Severe Anxiety, CPTSD, and Sleep Insomnia. (I am also ex-military) These illnesses are so bad that I am unable to work a normal or part time job.
When I came into your location here in Brentview, in which I also live about a 5 minute walk away, I was tired and exhausted. I only got an hour of sleep the night before and 3-4 hours of sleep a day for about a week before that day. The day in question was on the 25th of April 2025 at around 1130 hours.
AMENDMENT: This happened on the 20th of April 2025, my 46th Birthday. I remembered because my landlord gave me 46 dollars for my birthday. Happy 46th birthday to me, huh?
I was highly irritable at the time coming into the store, and any amount of noise was making my head throb and pound. When I entered, there was a person (NOT a gentleman) of African American descent who had dreads and an eye stigmatism. He asked me if I needed any help and I replied, 'Just peace and quiet please.' I could tell he was a little bewildered by my statement.
